Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my website. If you are reading this letter, I'm sure you too are passionate about wildlife conservation and that makes us colleagues!

I'm so excited it's now the holiday season! It's the best time of the year because I get to wrap up all my grandchildren in their coats, hats, and gloves to go outside and see the zoo's holiday lights!

This past year has been a hectic and crazy one -- traveling here in the US and abroad to Fiji, Australia, and England. Soon we'll be gearing up for a wild 2009 in the South Pacific, New Zealand, and Mexico.

On top of my traveling in 2008, I've been writing up a storm! My three newest books are: my children's books Romp, Stomp, Waddle Home, and Passport Into The Wild, and my newest autobiography, Jungle Jack: My Wild Life. They are fun for the whole family!

I hope you've been able to join my adventures each week by tuning in to Jack Hanna's Into the Wild.  Each week we explore an exotic location, learning about the conservation projects that are making a huge difference in the lives of the local people and animals. I'm so excited to announce that Jack Hanna's Into the Wild recently won a Daytime Emmy! Thank you for watching! To find out where it is airing near you, click here.

Don't forget to check out the Jack Hanna Webstore.  Help spread the "protect wildlife" message by getting a "Protect Wildlife" t-shirt and other cool gear of mine!
Remember - you can make a difference - learn about wildlife, support your local zoo or animal shelter, or volunteer with an animal or environmental organization.
Thanks so much for checking in on me, and I hope you enjoy my site.

Happy Holidays,
